3 Days in Amboseli National Park is a popular choice for a safari. Amboseli NP is one of Africa’s bucket-list destinations. And for good reason; this is the location of the quintessential African image of a huge herd of elephants walking in front of the snow-capped peaks of Mt Kilimanjaro. While elephants are the main attraction, there is plenty of other wildlife too. The open terrain makes for easy viewing, and the central wetlands make the park an excellent birding hot spot too. Amboseli NP is often incorporated into a longer Kenyan safari covering several parks and reserves, but it is also a suitable destination for a short trip. The park’s relatively small size makes it easy to explore on a 3-day tour.

Day 1 Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

You will be picked up from your hotel by 7am depart by road through the scenic Athi Plains and into the bush country of Amboseli National Park, home to the legendary Maasai tribesmen. The park is famous for its large herds of elephants. You will also see antelope, cheetah, lion, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo and possibly the elusive leopard! Nearly every view within the park is framed by the majestic scene of Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance. You will arrive in time for lunch at the lodge and later head for game drives until 6pm returning back for diner and overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge.

Day 2: Full day Amboseli

Early morning game drive returns back to lodge for breakfast. after breakfast Full day spend in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro .Later return to your camp for dinner and overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge.

Day 3: Amboselito Nairobi

Early morning game drive then return back to your lodge for Breakfast. After breakfast, game en-route out off Amboseli and drive to Nairobi with lunch on the way arriving in Nairobi for drop off in your hotel or airport.
